Pinch bottom bag
A Pinch Bottom Machine is a specialized conversion
unit in a woven sacks plant used to create high-end,
leak-proof bags, typically for products like pet food,
charcoal, or fine chemicals. Unlike a standard
stitching machine that sews the bottom, this machine
trims the bag’s ends into a “stepped” pattern, applies
hot-melt glue, and folds the flap over to “pinch”
it shut. This creates a flat, brick-shaped bottom
that allows the bag to stand upright on retail shelves.
In a woven sacks environment, this process often
requires laminated or BOPP-coated fabric to ensure
the adhesive bonds perfectly, providing a superior
moisture barrier compared to traditional sewn
closures.

Flexo bag
A Flexo bag (short for flexographic bag) is a versatile packaging solution
printed using a high-speed, rotary relief printing process. This method uses
flexible photopolymer plates and fast-drying inks, making it the industry
standard for high-volume production on materials like paper, plastic film,
and non-woven fabrics
BOPP NATURAL BAG
BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) “natural” bags are the go-to solutionfor packaging when clarity and product visibility are the top priorities. Unlike”clear” bags which can sometimes have a slight tint, natural BOPP refers tothe film in its purest, unpigmented state, offering a high-gloss finish andnear-glass transparency.
